I now understand that the most frustrating parts of my life (below) were the result of ONE thing: a dysregulated nervous system.

Purpose and passion is hard to uncover, let alone utilize, when it feels like you are constantly backsliding.

The thing is… I never knew WHY these patterns were happening. It felt like they were happening to me.
